MIAMI – A Cutler Bay person is struggling with serious rates following becoming accused of pulling a gun on a further driver in the course of a street-rage incident Tuesday together Krome Avenue. 

Luis Cano-Aristizabal, 38, is experiencing charges which includes aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, carrying a hid firearm without a allow and improper exhibition of a firearm.

Police claimed it started on Kendall Generate and ended following 7 p.m., as Florida Highway Patrol troopers were dispatched to an lively road rage incident alongside Krome Avenue.

In accordance to the arrest report, the victim claimed Cano-Aristizabal pointed a gun with a laser at him while they were being driving. 

Cano-Aristizabal instructed law enforcement the driver of the select-up truck slash off his purple more compact Honda.

He advised troopers that the driver of the pickup told him he “was going to shoot and had a rifle.” 

The arrest report says Cano-Aristizabal reported he was in fear for his life and that is why he pulled his Ruger pistol and experienced it in a “very low completely ready position,” but by no means brandished it. 

Both of those motorists ended up pulled over by an unmarked law enforcement car or truck with flashing lights.
