Arte Surfside Sale Tops Miami-Dade Apartment Roundup

Miami-Dade County’s apartment sales volume and common sale cost fell in the week main to Xmas.

Condo sales past week totaled $91.1 million, lessen than the $99 million in sales from the previous week. The normal sale rate fell for the next week in a row, landing previous 7 days at $646,000. That compares with $861,000 the 7 days prior.

Rates for the leading 10 profits ranged from $1 million to $18 million, in comparison with $1.7 million to $18.3 million the former 7 days.

Arte Surfside took the prime spot previous 7 days. Device LPH at 8955 Collins Avenue in Surfside marketed for $18 million. Craig Heger with Echo Good Homes experienced the listing, and Oren Alexander with Official represented the buyer.

Ocean Dwelling in Miami Seashore took second place with a $9.2 million sale. Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon with Corcoran represented the vendor for PH3 at 125 Ocean Drive. Taylor Richardson, also with Corcoran, worked with the buyer.
