MIAMI — The estranged husband of a lacking Broward County female has been arrested and is experiencing a murder charge after detectives located proof that “advised” the female experienced been slain.
Investigators claimed Tuesday that Jose Luis Pacheco, 36, was currently being held on one depend of second-degree murder in a Miami-Dade County jail in connection with the the slaying and and disappearance of spouse Mimose Dulcio, 39, who was previous seen Thursday about 5:30 p.m. at her house.
In an email, officials explained Pacheco was arrested in Hialeah Monday evening.
