Preliminary report launched in deadly Miramar aircraft crash

MIRAMAR – The National Transportation Basic safety Board released new particulars on the Oct 17 Miramar plane crash that killed two men.

The plane flew into a household — killing a flight instructor and his college student.

The preliminary report cites a witness at North Perry Airport in Hollywood — declaring the flight instructor and university student stopped by his hangar the day of the crash — inquiring to borrow a screwdriver.

The teacher explained to the witness about problems with the aircraft in the days prior to the crash.

That witness also explained the motor did not sound right on the day of the crash.

Aircraft manufacturers stated the instructor noted the motor dropping power in flight quite a few times right before the crash.

34-calendar year-outdated Antony Yen and 32-year-old Jordan Corridor died in the crash.
