MIAMI — Town of Miami Commissioner Ken Russell, set to depart place of work early next month, swiftly announced that he was quitting the panel on Thursday right after two of his fellow commissioners prompt scrapping upcoming month’s scheduled assembly.

Russell was set to focus on a rezoning proposal ahead of an anticipated vote following 7 days on a Coconut Grove rezoning approach, which the fee member had spent six months making ready.
