MIAMI – Sea turtle nesting period finished just a few days in the past, and now scientists know it failed to go that nicely.
Heat is portion of the motive.
“What we observed this season was a productive season for mama turtles, they laid a whole lot of nests in Broward County,” Stephanie Roche with Broward County Sea Turtle Conservation System claimed.
But, as it turns out, several of the eggs in those people nests failed to hatch.
