Waterfront Normandy Isle Property in Miami Beach Sells For Document $16M

Atrio Insurance Team Chairman Rafael Cedeno Camacho marketed his waterfront Normandy Isle estate in Miami Beach for a record $15.5 million.

Camacho sold his house at 2608 Biarritz Generate to an unknown customer this 7 days, in accordance to listing agent Nelson Gonzalez of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM. Gonzalez declined to remark on the identification of both equally the vendor and buyer, declaring only that the consumer is a Brazilian who life locally. The sale has not however cleared records. Carolina Lara of One Sotheby’s Worldwide Realty brought the consumer. She could not be achieved for remark.

Information present Camacho purchased the .3-acre assets for $2.5 million in 2016, and created the 5,884-square-foot, 6-bedroom, six-bathroom residence in 2019. The waterfront assets features 73 feet of h2o frontage, an elevator, a good household process, and a floating glass staircase, according to the listing. Gonzalez said the seller built the home for his spouse and children, but determined to transfer nearer to his childrens’ faculty even further south in Miami.

“If that correct home was on North Bay Highway it would be $30 [million] to $35 million,” Gonzalez explained, introducing that demand from customers remains substantial and inventory is nonetheless thin for waterfront Miami Seashore houses, which is preserving pricing solid.

Ken Griffin bought just one of his waterfront loads on Star Island to A-Rod this week. The billionaire hedge fund founder had acquired the residence for $24 million in 2020.

In August, a household brokerage founder purchased a waterfront Miami Beach front property for $10 million. That similar month, Todd Glaser and two companions bought a waterfront large amount on Allison Island for $7.9 million, with ideas to build a spec mansion.
