MIAMI — Police and the Florida Highway Patrol on Sunday had been investigating a capturing that prompted officers to shut the southbound lanes of Interstate 95, resulting in website traffic gridlock for motorists.
Officers were being known as at 7:30 p.m. to 69th Street and I-95 wherever they located a man who experienced been shot. The unidentified male was rushed to Ryder Trauma Middle at Jackson Memorial Healthcare facility.
The investigation led to the closure of southbound I-95 and 79th Avenue. It was not promptly crystal clear when the lanes would reopen.
There was a report of investigations at other scenes but law enforcement did not say if they were being connected to the I-95 shooting and closure.
It was not distinct if the sufferer knew the particular person who shot them or what led to the gunfire.
