Miami-Dade County condominium sales volume remained flat in the 1st week of October, even though the common sale value rose.
Sales totaled $117.2 million, a smidge increased than the $116.9 million from the week prior. The ordinary sale selling price improved to $849,000 from $774,000 a 7 days earlier.
Prices for the major 10 revenue ranged from $2 million to $11 million, when compared to $1.7 million to $19.5 million the prior week.
