MIAMI — A male who disrupted a Miami to Washington, D.C. flight on Tuesday is facing critical expenses.
Authorities said Cherruy Loghan Sevilla broke a lavatory door, moved by way of the aircraft screaming obscenities, manufactured sounds exterior the cockpit doorway, grabbed a woman’s arm. He then grabbed a flight attendant inappropriately, in accordance to the FBI affidavit.
The FBI affidavit states Loghan Sevilla was finally controlled by several men and women, including an air marshall.
The affidavit explained he continued screaming even though cuffed, as the plane landed at Dulles.
FBI and TSA inspectors achieved the airplane upon arrival.
Loghan Sevilla faces federal prices. He informed authorities he experienced taken Psilocybin, a psychedelic prodrug compound, right before his flight departed Miami Global Airport.
He also advised them he was sorry.
