Spotify has settled a discussion that resurfaces summertime just after summer months: What was the most significant music of the season?
The streaming service unveiled Wednesday two 20-song lists — a single rounding up Spotify’s most streamed music globally and a different in just the U.S. — compiled with user listening information from May 29 to Aug. 29.
These top rated summer music were completely announced on Nowadays, and consist of tunes from Harry Styles and Lizzo, both of those of whom stopped by Rockefeller Plaza this summertime to carry out for the Citi Audio Sequence.
And thanks to the popularity of Netflix’s “Stranger Factors,” the ’80s are in all over again, as well: Kate Bush’s “Managing Up That Hill” was the most-streamed song in the U.S. this summer.
