It was in memory of Lucy Fernandez.
The 17-12 months-old died adhering to a boat crash.
It transpired in the vicinity of Boca Chita Key final weekend.
Students and college attended the ceremony.
Officers say the boat Fernandez and 13 other people ended up on struck a channel marker.
It took place when the operator turned to look at on them immediately after yet another boat near by made a huge wake.
Two other students who had been on board continue being in the medical center.
