Shore Club to Develop into Auberge as Miami Seaside Board Denies Rehearing

Witkoff and Monroe’s designs to redevelop the Shore Club — and rebrand it as Auberge — are transferring ahead.

The Miami Seaside Historic Preservation Board on Tuesday voted from a rehearing of the redevelopment proposal that the board had permitted four months back. The developers’ legal professional Michael Larkin disclosed the Auberge branding at the assembly.

The Setai Vacation resort & Residences rental association experienced challenged the same board’s Could 10 selection in favor of Witkoff and Monroe Capital’s plans for the oceanfront historic lodge at 1901 Collins Avenue.
