FORT LAUDERDALE – Some four-legged survivors of Hurricane Fiona have built their way to South Florida just after becoming rescued in Puerto Rico.
The Humane Modern society of Broward County arranged to have 30 pet dogs and cats flown from the island to Miami Worldwide Airport right away.
The animals had been remaining taken care of by Preserve-a-Sato, a rescue group in San Juan. The group’s developing has no power or jogging water.
