Apartment sales are creeping back up in Miami-Dade County.
Previous 7 days marked a rise in dollar volume, snapping 3 weeks of decrease. Profits totaled $148.9 million, a major bounce from $69.9 million the 7 days prior. The average sale value of $639,000 was also greater previous 7 days in comparison to the $546,000 normal a 7 days previously.
