MIAMI – City of Miami Law enforcement investigators are looking for a guy they say sexually assaulted a girl though she slept on a bus bench.
Detectives say it took place in the region of S.W. 3 Avenue and S.W. 18th Highway on August 15, 2022., at roughly 1 a.m.
Law enforcement say the male was captured on video surveillance exiting a dark-colored 4-doorway truck, probably a Chevrolet Silverado, and approaching the target on foot.
The woman instructed police she was sleeping on the bus bench when she was startled by a gentleman standing over her, sexually assaulting her.
That is when police claimed the victim started shouting for support and alerted a nearby witness who ran to her help.
Police stated, “The suspect then fled on foot eastbound toward S.W. 18th Street from S.W. 3rd Avenue passing his truck but later on returned when he saw no 1 experienced offered chase. The suspect is then found driving off in the truck.”
Investigators explain the man as becoming 30 to 50 a long time of age, about 5’8″ with a protruding midline/tummy, with grey prolonged hair pulled again in a ponytail, facial hair with gray sideburns.
