The Broward County Sheriff’s Workplace has arrested a guy who was caught on a store surveillance digicam positioning his phone underneath the gown of an unsuspecting woman shopper.
Ciano Brown, 31, was taken into custody Sunday and was currently being held Monday at the Broward jail, in accordance to jail data.

In accordance to jail documents, Brown is dealing with a charge of video clip voyeurism in relationship with the incident on Sept. 9 at the Walmart found at 7900 W. McNab Street.
The suspect and feminine shopper were in the cosmetics portion of the retailer even though the female was buying, the online video exhibits.
As the lady was searching by the assortment of objects and with her back turned, the gentleman bent down when holding the telephone and extended the machine underneath the woman’s dress.
Investigators stated they believe that the man applied the mobile phone to capture a video clip or consider a image of the woman’s undergarments without having her permission.
Investigators had sought the public’s assistance to obtain Brown.
