MIAMI – A Fernandina Seashore person died Monday soon after soon after losing consciousness while snorkeling off Key Largo.
Howard Bernard Tarlow, 74, was with Sundiver Snorkel Tours on the White Banking companies Dry Rocks reef when he lost consciousness in the h2o just just before 1 p.m.
The boat crew right away started CPR and brought him ashore at Homeowners Park to ready paramedics. He was then taken to Mariners Healthcare facility in Tavernier exactly where he was pronounced dead.
