MIAMI – Eighty-five people have been arrested and hundreds of thousands of bucks in illicit prescription drugs seized in a smuggling operation that employed checked baggage on industrial flights from California to Florida.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd stated at a news convention on Friday that the medications had been hidden in baggage on flights from Los Angeles to Orlando around a two-calendar year time period. A person seizure associated 6 pieces of luggage made up of very little but medicines, he explained.
