MIAMI – A male is dealing with expenses immediately after remaining accused of exposing himself to a Florida Worldwide University pupil and protecting against her from leaving a classroom.
The feminine college student advised police that 25-yr-previous Michael Hwanampe experienced been sitting within the classroom and that when she walked in, he struck up a conversation.
The arrest report explained Hwanampe then turned off the lights, uncovered his male organ, and started touching himself.
