Site Of Surfside Condo Collaps Sells For $120 Million

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The site of the Surfside building collapse will be sold to a billionaire for 120 million.

No other bids were submitted after Friday’s deadline.

The property was the site of the former Champaign Towers South which collapsed nearly a year ago.
