FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – A dog was shot and killed in Lauderhill after it bit a woman.
It happened Monday morning in 4700 block of NW 11th Court.
According to police, a neighbor saw the dog attacking its owner’s girlfriend and shot the dog to protect her.
She was taken to Florida Medical Center and treated for injuries to her hand.
