People are always interested in what’s going on in the lives of celebrities and being tuned in to the real estate side of things is definitely no exception.

Julie Andrew’s Home Has Been Placed On The Market
The award-winning English actress that made her feature film debut in “Mary Poppins” has decided to place her long-time home for sale on the Brentwood real estate market for $2.649 million.
Julie Andrews and her late husband, Blake Edwards, were reported to have made the purchase on the home back in 1999 when it was sold to them for $1,365,000.
The home was built in 1948 and sits upon a lot of just under a quarter of an acre. It features four bedrooms and three bathrooms for a total of 2,574 square feet and is considered to be traditional celebrity property as it has its own gated and high walls for added privacy.
Its outdoor garden is indeed one of the best features of the home as it was designed by the landscape designer Nancy Power. The home features a pool and spa as well as an artists’ studio which has its own entrance.
IRS Hits Lionel Richie’s Home With Property Tax Lien
The singer who has recently released his new album named “Tuskegee” has been hit with a property lien by the Internal Revenue Service for $1,130,609 on a 12,000 square foot mansion that he bought on the Beverly Hill real estate market for $6 million in 1999.
Lionel Richie is known for being a world-class singing talent that has come very far ever since his days with the Commodores. But ever since he went solo in 1982, the hits just started to come one after the other and now he is known to indulge in the comforts of his 1929 Italian Renaissance Revival mansion with six bedrooms and six bathrooms where his adopted daughter, Nicole, had her garden wedding ceremony in December of 2010.
Lauren Conrad Buys A Beverly Hills Penthouse Property
The celebrity that was made famous because of her exposure on the reality TV show on MTV called “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County” has recently purchased a luxurious penthouse bachelorette pad located in the popular 90210 area for $1.35 million.
The original listing price for the penthouse property was $1.7 million which makes for a fair reduction considering that the 3,200 square foot, two-story penthouse property was placed on the Beverly Hills real estate market back in September of 2011.
It features three bedrooms, four baths, and a 24-hour security system. Also, it follows a reverse floor plan wherein the master suite and second bedroom are located on the bottom level while additional bedrooms and deck are found on the second floor of the property. There is also a rooftop pool, sun deck, entertainment room, and gym.
